Shipping policy

YOUR PACKAGE IS IN GOOD HANDS
Orders are shipped by UPS or Canada Post, and can be delivered to (almost) anywhere on earth!  Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after your order is placed. Regular shipping will take an estimated 5-10 business days to reach its destination within North America. Note that orders are not normally shipped to P.O. boxes.  If that is your preferred ship-to, please contact us for special instructions.  If you need to expedite your shipment, please contact us immediately. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be emailed to you. We package everything professionally and ship it out fully insured. In the rare event that an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival and we will make it right. 

If you order ships to a Canadian address, federal and provincial taxes will be added to your order. If your order ships outside of Canada, we do not add tax.  Orders shipped to the USA will not have additional customs fees, just the shipping quoted at time of purchase.  For international shipping, it is possible that you will have to pay additional fees on receipt of the order. 

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are dependent on what you order and where it is shipping.  We do not standardize shipping costs and have not added shipping into the price of the item – this makes it fair to everyone!  At checkout, once you enter your address, you will see what the final shipping cost will be before you have to commit to the purchase.  You can also email us with your zip code or postal code, and the item you are interested and we will gladly quote the shipping cost.

 

PICKUP OPTION
In-store pick up is always available. At checkout, select "Pickup" as your delivery method. Shipping cost will not be added to your order and we will contact you when it is ready for pickup, generally next day. It is possible we could have it ready sooner if you let us know immediately.
