Will the item I order be exactly what is shown on your website? Unless the description states otherwise, the photos we take are the exact item we will be shipping. Bear in mind that colours can vary, depending on the skill of our photographer and the resolution on your computer.

Your are sold out of an item - can I still order it?  Very often you can. However, as everything is handmade, there will be slight changes in details, colors, exact forms on some pieces.  Art cannot always be reproduced the same way....nor would you want it to be! But please ask...

Do you ship?  Yes - to just about anywhere in the world!   Shipping rates are based on destination and the size of the item.  To get a quote, add item(s) to the shopping card and complete your address details. You will then see the shipping cost before you have to enter payment.

How long does it take for an item to ship? Usually we ship within 5 business days. If it will be longer than that, we will contact you right away with an estimated ship date.

I am local and don't want to pay shipping. That's great - you are more than welcome to come to the gallery to pickup your purchase.  You can complete the purchase online to ensure that we will set it aside for you,  At checkout, select "Pickup" as your delivery method. Shipping cost will not be added to your order and we will contact you when it is ready for pickup, generally next day. It is possible we could have it ready sooner if you let us know immediately.

I received an error message when checking out  "There are no shipping methods available for your cart or address.”  This likely means that you entered a post box address. Our main shippers are UPS or Canpar who will only deliver to street addresses.  Send us a quick email to info@styll.com and we will 'tweak' the order so it can be mailed to you instead.

I went to Elora and didn't see you there. Where are you located now? When the building we occupied in Elora sold in 2018, we moved the gallery back to our farm to combine it with our own metal art studio.  We are easy to find, just east of Hwy 6, halfway between Guelph and Fergus. Watch for our black and white direction signs on days that we are open.

It seemed that you had so much more for sale in your Elora gallery. Is this all that is available now? Your are right, we did have a large collection of work in our Elora location. Now that we moved, we have condensed the collection, but still are in contact with our artists. The online shop is a work in progress and we continue to work at updating it.  If you are after something specific, please send us a message and we can let you know the options available.

What are your hours at the store? Every winter we pause for our annual 'intermission', reopening again in the spring. For the most current information, just call 519-823-5130 or send us an email .

What forms of payment do you accept in the store? All forms - major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Debit, Cash or Styll Gallery gift cards.  We do not add a surcharge for purchases by credit card.

Do you sell gift cards? Yes!  You can order a digital gift card online  or stop by the gallery for a physical card. Any denomination available and gift cards never expire.
