ONLINE RETURNS
We understand that shopping online is not without risk, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Online orders may be returned within 14 days of purchase for your choice of exchange, store credit or full refund of the cost of the item(s). The original shipping cost is not refundable. Please contact us prior to returning an item with the original order number or date of purchase, and whether you are requesting exchange, credit or refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns received after 30 days.
Items that don’t qualify for return or exchange:

- Sale Items
- Special orders
Returned items must be received by us in original condition, undamaged and accompanied by the original receipt . Return shipping is at customer's expense and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are shipping a return to us, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you prefer an exchange, there is a shipping fee, which covers the cost of shipping you the exchanged item including packaging, tracking and insurance. We will contact you with that charge prior to shipping the exchange Please note it may take up to two weeks to process a return.
