Nathalie Prévost - The Barefoot Potter

Nathalie Prévost aka The Barefoot Potter has been a full time potter and teacher for 30 years in Kitchener. Her functional pottery is high-fired stoneware,  fired in a gas reduction kiln and this produces the most durable and functional pottery. 

To keep her work fresh Nathalie looks to nature for inspiration in colours and design. 

Nathalie's work has been featured in various publications, including The American Ceramic Society, Grand Magazine, Clay Times magazine as well as the first addition of the indie mag--Hamaka magazine for pottery.

Nathalie enjoys spending her days producing functional every day pottery as well as her smoke fired vessels and cauldrons that is sold throughout Canada.
