Kiona individually free-hand cuts the backings for these earrings out of copper. This makes each earring slightly different. Enamel is a natural form of quartz. In simple terms, it involves dusting a copper backing with glass powder, then melting it with a torch or kiln to fuse into a solid glass surface. The little flecks in the colour are a beautiful result of this process.
Approx 2/8" to 3/8" in diameter with hypoallergenic surgical steel posts.
Care Tips: Avoid exposing enamel to extreme temperatures, cosmetics, lotions, acetone (such as nail polish remover) or jewelry cleaner. Remove jewellery before swimming or showering.
