Not your typical quail sculpture - this guy has striped legs and colourful cowboy boots! Steven creates this piece one at a time so slight variations may be from one to the next.
Slip cast and hand built in high fire clay with steel legs, oil and acrylic finish and heavy painted 7" x 7" plaster base. The bird itself is approx. 12" long x 3" wide, and stands about 18 1/2" tall, including the base. Both legs unscrew from the body for transport. One of the boots has a pin that is inserted into the base to balance perfectly.
