This board is perfectly sized to serve bread....or just about any food, especially if it needs to be cut at the table. The wood has been sealed with a food safe oil, so easy to clean and care for.
A wooden board should be wiped clean after every use. If needed, it can be washed in hot soapy water and dried. A board should never be left soaking or to drip dry. Never put a board in the dish washer. Regular maintenance should include oiling of the board, preferably with mineral oil that won't go rancid.
