Fiber Earrings

Meghan finds ideas for her jewellery collection very close to home.  The designs are actually inspired by the anatomical complexities of the human body!   In these earrings, she mimics the striations of muscle fiber by hammering the background of the silver before filling it with a rich coloured resin.   This earring drop is made of sterling silver, with a highly polished face and matte brushed back.  The epoxy resin she uses in a very durable material that wears well and sustains it's colour.

These earring drops measure approx. 3/4" long x 3/8" wide, and swing freely from a 5/8" diameter sterling silver ear hoop.
